Scheduling & Cancellation:

Preferred weeks are available on a first come first serve basis. We do our best to accommodate everyone! Cancellation within 10 days of scheduled installation will result in a loss of your deposit.

Product Care:

Avoid direct sunlight and rain. If product (pumpkins) gets wet, remove water as soon as possible to preserve product. Allowing the installation to remain wet will cause rotting prematurely. Tennessee Porch Charm is not responsible for replacing installations if product is in prolonged direct sunlight or wet conditions.
